A former Chapter President and National Trustee for Mindanao of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) has been appointed as employer representative to the Regional Tripartite Wages & Productivity Board Region X, National Wages Productivity Commission, Department of Labor and employment for a term of five years.

Ms. Vivien Magdaluyo Lawansa took her oath of  office together with other newly appointed members of the RTWPB-X  before Honorable Secretary Bienvenido E. Laguesma at the DOLE LGLC Building, Intramuros, Manila on December 1st, 2022 by authority of their appointment letter dated November 12, 2022 signed by President Ferdinand R. Marcos.

Ms. Lawansa who is currently the Assistant Vice President for Human Resources & Chief People Officer of A Brown Company, Inc. (ABCI), and has over 20 years of experience in the field of people management, compensation, benefits and total rewards.

She is an Associate Fellow of People Management (AFPM) conferred by Philippine Association of Fellows, and a Certified Total Rewards Specialist (CTRS) by the ASEAN Total Rewards Institute.

Lawansa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Master in Business Administration, and Juris Doctor degree.

PMAP, the Premier Organization of HR Professionals and People Managers in the Philippines with over 1,800 members and twenty four (24) chapters throughout the Philippines, helps institutions mold an enlightened, competent, socially responsible, and influential sector of people managers who can effectively participate in nation-building.

Ms. Lawansa previously served as the Chapter President of PMAP Cagayan de Oro Chapter and later as PMAP National Trustee for Mindanao.
