Franco was awarded under the real estate and hospitality category for putting the community at the heart of real estate development.

Jose Franco Soberano leads the day-to-day operations of the family-owned real estate company as it aims to contribute to the growth of the widely underdeveloped and sometimes troubled region. The only publicly listed real estate company in the VisMin region, CLI has even managed to keep flourishing amid the pandemic, growing its sales by 14 percent in 2020.
